34 full & 2 half packs of 150 x 75mm sawn timbers
22 full & 3 half packs of 100 x 75mm sawn timbers

These timbers had been imported from Russia but following an inspection by a representative from the Forestry Commission, they were refused permission to be moved from their location at PD Ports Teesport, Hartlepool Docks, until the packs of timber had undergone a fumigation treatment using Methyl Bromide.

The treatment was carried out using the current ISPM15 specifications. Working under the supervision of a representative of the Forestry Commission.

The whole operation was completed within 24 hours, much to the relief of the company awaiting delivery of the timbers: Neal Brothers (Leicester) Ltd.
