If the answers are yes, then Predator's trained staff could have the property/void emptied and cleaned quickly to your own specifications. Usually within 24/48 hrs of receiving your initial enquiry.

We are able to provide a complete removal from site (no waste skips are used) of everything from the affected property, including all bulky furniture, fridge/freezers, carpets, everything down to the last light bulb if required. The property will then be cleaned down to your own specification which would then allow immediate repairs/decoration to begin on the property, thus allowing swift re-letting or selling of the property which would diminish any loss of income drastically.

On completion of any clearance, the property/void could then be treated with an insecticide, which would be applied to affected areas, in order to destroy any insect infestation that may have occurred due to the build-up of waste/neglect, over the period of time the property was left in disorder.

All waste removed from a property would be safely disposed of at a registered site and a record of disposal would be provided if necessary.
